Hey Room 12 Parents...I will need your help over the year...here are a few jobs to think about until I think of more.
• Courier - I will need about 6 parents to deliver weekly classroom materials that the kids will need the following week. Each parent will (with other families permission) drop off materials at 4 - 5 homes.
• Computer Tech - With a relative "tech" heavy school day...there will be issues from time to time. I would like to hire 1 or 2 parents who can be "ON CALL" during the school day for troubleshooting problems kids might have while I am teaching.
• Home Help - Probably the most important job will be to assist your student to be available for daily Check Ins and Check Outs. Check Ins will be at 7:55am, 10:30am, 12:00pm & 12:30pm (Check Out). A parent can set alarms on their phone, or use a kitchen timer, or come up with a clever way to remind the kids when to "get to class".
